Laura kept looking up at Ronald, until she heard the snaps from camera and felt the blinding flashes of light on them which caused her to quickly wiggle out of his hold and straighten her dress as she glared at the paps that were taking pictures of them. Lizzy's words kept going through Greg's head and he wondered if she was telling the truth about Laura or was just trying to cover up her friend's unacceptable deed. He desperately wanted to believe that Laura was innocent but how could he be sure? The girl had not even tried to contact him since after that day of the confrontation and that had made him believe that she really was guilty. Laura was glad that she had the full addresses of the two places he lived in. His penthouse in the center of town and his mansion of which she had seen pictures of. But she didn't know which of the houses he might currently be at, or if he was even at home. She navigated the car that she and Mirabel owned, smoothly along the roads until she finally got to the gigantic building that housed his multi million penthouse. She was stopped by a security man as she made her way towards the elevator. "Good evening Miss," the stern looking man acknowledged politely. "Who are you and how may I help you please?""Good evening, I'm Laura West." She replied. "I'm here to see Greg Williams.""Oh, Mr Williams, okay. Does he know you're visiting?"She gaped. Laura had felt various types of pain in her twenty three years of life but this was the ultimate. Greg's rejection had left her utterly broken, especially as she knew she hadn't done anything wrong to him. He didn't even want to listen to her side of the story.
