Nikaulas got down his car and went straight towards his mansion. His house was once again enlivened by her presence. An impalpable veil of despair had hung in that air when she wasn't here. Now he colud feel her presence in the freshness of air, in the positivity vibrating through his house, on the table where her mug was kept. He had bought this house but she owned it. In search of her, he went to their room but she wasn't there. Nik had brought back her stuff to his room before he had flown to Spain. They were sharing a room now.

His brows furrowed in confusion when he couldn't find her. After setting his bag on the table, he exited their room. He stopped a maid passing by and asked about her whereabout. The maid told her she was in the kitchen. He promptly started towards the kitchen in large strides. The urge to see her had overwhelmed him since Leah's appearance.
