99: Gym shenanigans

Aurora’s POV

After the only ten minutes I’ve ever enjoyed on a cardio machine, I hop down and await Alpha Caden’s next set of instructions. I feel more energized than when I walked in here. Normally cardio exhausts me which is why I hardly do it.

He takes me over to the bench where he’s set up an Olympic bar. He shows me the basics of a proper bench press, which I thought were self-explanatory but apparently not. Turns out, there’s a lot of technique to shoving a bar straight up in the air.

Alpha Caden puts his big, warm hands on my body, showing me how to arch my back, how to put the weight over my chest in the right place. As he takes me through the motion, it actually feels pretty good.
