Chapter one hundred & nine

They changed into their swimwear and dove into the water. The coolness of the water was refreshing on the hot day, and they splashed around, laughing and playing games.

After a while, they got out of the water and lay down on the rocks to dry off. As they basked in the sun, Sam pulled out his guitar and started playing a song. Bella listened to the music, closing her eyes and feeling the warmth of the sun on her skin.

As Sam finished the song, he looked over at Bella and smiled. "You know, you have a great singing voice. Have you ever considered singing?"

Bella blushed. "Thanks, Sam. I love singing, but I've never had the confidence to do it in front of anyone."

Sam grinned. "Well, how about we sing a duet together? I'll play the guitar, and we can sing our hearts out."
