Hospital Visit

Lucian wished he could take some deep calming breaths in order to calm his anger but he didn’t want to show Peter just how much earlier’s occurrence got to him. The man was a natural tease and that wasn’t going to help with Lucian’s efforts to hold back.

“How far along did the police investigate?” Lucian asked as soon as the door closed behind them.

Peter paused for a moment and Lucian still went on walking down the hallway.

“I think they still don’t know who made Robert commit something like that so the links are still not connected to your family yet,” Peter said.

“I would like to keep it like that for now, until we can find out who really did it. I want them to put their guards down in order to make it easy to catch them,” He said.

“So you’re willing to put one of your family members in prison?” Peter asked challenging and Lucian frowned.

“What are you talking about? They almost killed someone,” He said and Peter smirked seeming satisfied with his answer.
