Chapter 29Alpha Miguel POV "I'm sorry, Sir," I raise my gaze to see that it's the same dude that was hanging out with Clarissa at the canteen the other day. Chapter 30Clarissa POVMy day at the office was almost boring since I had no one to talk to. Chapter 31Clarissa POV "Why didn't you tell me you were leaving the office, Clarissa? I was worried about you," Miguel asks as he holds my hands, but I just sigh briefly. It was almost 8pm, and he dropped by my place on his way back home from the office."I'm sorry. Chapter 32Clarissa POVMy day was spent horribly since I couldn't even concentrate at work. Chapter 33Clarissa POV Next dayWaking up this morning with my body aching as if I was ganged beaten in my sleep, I groan tiredly as I toss on the bed. Chapter 35Charity POV The meeting with the editor went well, and my book will be published along with my other works, and I'm so happy.
