I looked at Emelia who was looking at me like I was a disgrace to the family. I swallowed hard as she started to approach where I was standing with Arthur.

“Hi. You must be Emelia.”

Emelia said as soon as she was close to us as I swallowed hard, what was wrong with him? Emelia wasn’t close to me.

‘Hi. You must be…”

She said to Arthur raising her eyebrows and waiting for Arthur to introduce himself to her.

“No one. Can we talk outside?” I interrupted Arthur as she furrowed her eyebrows looking at Arthur and then me,

“Sure. That will be lovely” she replied as she cat-walked outside the coffee shop. She kept on looking back as I stopped in my tracks looking at her.

‘I thought you said your boyfriend is rich” she smiled at me as I clenched my jaws looking at her then Arthur, “does mum know that you lied to her?” She asked me as I chuckled my gaze lowering before I looked at her.
