Chapter 56

“What are you doing here?”

“Trying to get alliances for an impeding war.” Veronica says with a chuckle.

“You in?” Luis asks.

“Do you need air to breath? Of course, I’m in. I want to see what your hot wife does.”

“Watch it.”

“Oh, believe me I will be watching.”

Luis smiles and puts Veronica behind him. He punches his cousin in the stomach. “Don’t disrespect her or I will let her deal with you.”

“Fair enough. I was only giving you a hard time. I’m happy for you though man.”

“Thanks.” Luis says and shakes his hand. “Let’s go to our prisoners and see if there is anyone else we can trust to form an alliance with for this war.”

Veronica nods but does not speak. The group all follow her to the holding room.

“Hector?”

“Yes, Donna.”

“Could I use your phone please?”

“Oh yes, of course.” Hector hands her the phone with a smile on his face.

‘I am in the room. Can you hack your way in?’

‘Already in Donna.’

Veronica laughs and says ‘I should have known. What do you have for me?’

‘You can’t trust Al
