Maddison P.O.V. It’s been days since I was brought to this horrid place, but so far it hasn’t been too bad, for some reason no one has tried to hurt me for information. Liam P.O.V. It didn’t pass as good news when I told my ranked members about their Luna, but there was really nothing we could do. Right there it was in the hands of our Goddess, and I needed to heal. Maddison P.O.V. 20 minutes later we’re all gathered in the conference room. I had to go downstairs as some of our pack members wanted to see me for themselves before believing I was unharmed. Rick P.O.V.“WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU MEAN SHE IS GONE?” Talyor shrugs while eyeing his father. Tywin has not said anything since I came in and sat down. They called me here early this morning. Maddison P.O.V.I have never seen Liam so angry. Shyla has been working behind our backs, and we have been so focused on other things to see her scheming. I cradle the sleeping boy in my arms, my heart so filled with joy at his blind trust in me. His breath is even and he even snores a little. “Liam, we’ll need to be smart about this. Liam P.OV. When I wake up, Maddie is not by my side. The sun has not risen yet, and I tumble out of bed to go looking for my missing Luna, when something catches my eye. Liam. Maddison P.O.V. “Luna?” Someone shouts from behind me. I am outside speaking to some of my animal friends, taking in the fresh air. Liam wanted to deal with the whole Shyla situation, but his dad told me to let her sit and sweat for a day or two before visiting her, so he went back to his office to do some pack work. I told him I needed some air, and he understood. He knows how important the outdoors are to me, and how I use it to recharge, even though it’s not something I have been able to do for a long time. Everything has moved so fast since the kidnapping, so here I am enjoying the quiet and calm in the treelines - well within our pack borders so we don’t get any more unpleasant surprises.
