Chapter 21

"You … you …" Priscilla's finger trembled as she pointed it at Vivianne, who'd turned and left.

Grace saw that something was wrong with her. She asked, "What's wrong, Pris?"

Priscilla was so mad that she stammered over her words. "She's the woman that I heard during the call with Frederick."

Grace looked astonished. "Wait, she was with Frederick? Doesn't that mean they—"

Before she could finish, Vivianne opened the car door. Through it, they saw that Frederick was indeed seated in the passenger seat. Grace cried, "It really is him!"

Meanwhile, Frederick had also seen them. He only spared them a glance, though. There was nothing between him and Priscilla anymore, and Priscilla suspected him of so many things. He didn't want to have anything more to do with her.

Vivianne turned to see Priscilla looking as pale as a sheet. She smiled smugly before shutting the door and speeding off.

Just then, Wade arrived in a hurry. He pretended not to know what had happened and asked about the s
