Chapter:33

Alex POV

As the door closed,I tried my best to push the sad feeling away knowing that Mason might feel it through the mate bond.

I wanted to be closer to him physically and sexually but atleast we're getting somewhere. Maybe it was a sign. Maybe this interuption was a way of telling me that I was not ready even though I felt ready.

Pushing those thoughts away,I bend down and clean up the rest of the mess on the floor.

I finish cleaning everything in 2 hours and Mason has yet to return. I have basically cleaned the whole apartment except for the bedrooms. They are always clean 'cause Mason and I are both OCD.

I walk into my room amd get some pajama shorts and walk to Mason's bedroom. I take one of his white shirts out and walk into his bathroom. I take yet another shower to wash the sweat and frustration off my body.

I have never felt such tension in my life. Not even when I work out. There is a numb feeling in my legs and my core feels tender. If this is what it costs to get that fe
