Celia POV

I frowned and got into the car.

Carolyn was about to follow suit but was stopped by Calvin. "Ms. Carolyn, Alpha Leon asked me to send you home."

The black car picked up speed and drove away.

Inside the quiet car.

Leon sits in a languid position, one hand resting on his forehead, his eyes stern.

"You could have taken care of that group just now by giving me a call."

I sulked. "Alpha Leon, I don't really have your number."

"Give me your phone."

I pulled out my cell phone and gave it to him.

Leon saved his number into my phone and handed it back to me.

"Remember, during these three months, even though we're not really mates, I'll give you anything. So you can call me next time anything comes up."

Stunned, I inclined my head toward him and sneered, "Then why did you just kiss me?"

Leon was calm. "I was doing you a favor."
