CHAPTER FIFTY

Alyssia dragged a depressed Nacen into the quiet bedroom and faced him with eyes blazing while he gave her a guarded look. She narrowed her eyes at him.

"So I have to fight this girl who wants to take you away from me by force."

He sighed and spoke internally to his wolf.

"You better come out and help me here, let's face this together"

"Nope, you are on your own" Aiden replied then burrowed inside him and then he kept quiet.

"Hey, Aiden, come out" but he received no response. Alyssia saw the glazed look on his sapphire eyes and knew that he was speaking with wolf.

"Nacen!" She shouted, having no patience with his wolf. He came back with a jolly.

"Huh! What?. Did you say something?"
