Schuyler's P. O. V.

I was roaming around the house when I noticed that the maids were keeping their distance from me. They looked worried and would do their job fast like they're waiting for me to leave them alone.

I'm not surprised, maybe the words have spread in this house already. I took a deep breath before going to Ezekiel's office when I saw the door slightly opened.

I quietly pushed it open and found Hunter searching something on the pile of folders in Ezekiel's table. He was separating everything with a furrowed brow and sharp eyes.

Ever since that argument we had the last time, Hunter and I have never spoken to each other again and I'm still mad at him for everything he said to me. I was about to just leave him alone when he looked up and our eyes met.

"Mr. Riego's not here, he's in the harden and talking to his mother," Hunter quickly said before he lowered his eyes and focused on the folders again.
