Bumped To Familiar

Author's POV

After arriving at the airport, Eva got the news the plane had been delayed by two hours because of sudden bad weather. So, she went to the passenger waiting seats and adjusted herself there.

She thought to text her Mom and take out the phone from her purse when someone pulled her hand suddenly to stop her.

"What the!" She almost yelled at the person, but when she saw who it was, her eyes enlarged with disbelief, "Mark?"

Mark is in front of her with an angry expression, "Are you truly wanted to leave me, Eva?"

She stood from her chair in halted, "W-What are you doing here?" She tried to sound calm, but her trembling voice did not hide her stress.

"Eva, I told Ella everything about us. Now you can't leave me."

His response made her go panic, "W-What? What did you say?"

"It's true, Eva. I can't marry her and lie to myself."

"I love you." He let go of her wrist and held her arms.

She bit her lower lips and stared into his eyes nervously, "What about Mom? How did she react?
