Author’s POV

Mark opens the main door slowly with the key he has because he doesn't want to disturb Eva’s sleep, ringing the doorbell.

It is almost 1 pm now when he finally got back home. There are a few more files that need to be checked after ending the meeting. However, after his assistant informed him about Eva’s call.

He just left the file without checking. Yes, it’s still late, but he can not do anything about that. He tiredly goes to the living area after taking off his shoes.

The lights were still on there, so he just walks lazily to sit on the couch and takes off his suit jacket the next second while losing his necktie to feel more relaxed and comfortable.

He leaned his head to the sofa’s head and closed his eyes for a long minute. After that, he took a long breath and opened his eyes back to stand up and walk towards the kitchen, he felt a little thirsty.

For dinner, he already ate it in the office. So, no hunger. However, he was stunned to see Eva sleeping on the dining
