Rafaela was seated in her specially designed chair in the meeting ground of the Diaz Cartel. She was so aloof that the people sprawled on the floor before her wished for nothing more than to tear that expressionless face to shreds.

As soon as she returned from Bloomsbay, she set a lot of traps to capture the traitors in the act. Betrayal was greatly frowned upon by the members of the Diaz Cartel.
