We haven't even reached home yet and the pictures that were taken earlier were rapidly spread online. My phone has been blowing up from my secretary's multiple attempts at calling me. I would answer if Alex didn't grab my phone and put it in his pocket. He finally had enough of the constant ringing and took my phone out of his pocket. I thought he would hand them back to me, but instead, he turned them off before putting them back in his pocket.I wanted to grab my phone from him, but he was driving so I was left with no choice, but to sit and wallow in my thoughts. I stared out of the window the rest of the way home in an attempt to clear my head, but thousands of thoughts and worries keep popping up in my head. We've barely recovered from when the first picture came out and now there's another one for people to feast on.Alex tried to keep talking about his childhood in an attempt to keep my head off of the pictures, but it wasn't working. "When I asked you to go for a swim, I was expecting more of, you know, swimming laps around the pool, not you clinging to me at the side of the pool." Alex teased."Shut up. I just want to be held." I could feel Alex glaring at my outfit for the nth time as I was fixing myself in front of the mirror. He made me change my clothes five times because he said it looked like I was going out on a date instead of hanging out with friends. I finished putting on my clothes and turned to face Alex."How about this one? It's literally just a white shirt, jeans, and sneakers. You happy with this one now?" Alex sat beside me as I cry into his shoulder. I felt taken advantage of and disrespected. I wasn't expecting Leon to kiss me so suddenly. Alex caresses my head as he tried to calm me down. I finally lifted my head as my sobs turn into sniffles. Alex grabbed a glass of water and handed it over to me. I took the glass from him and drank a few sips. I put the glass down and Alex wiped my face off with some tissue, quite aggressively, may I add. I felt like a child whose mother is cleaning their face. He then took another tissue and brought it up to my nose. He pressed on nostril close and instructed me to blow my nose so I did. He then pressed the other one close and ordered me to do it again. It's been a week since Levi's accident and now he's cleared to go home. Levi still doesn't remember me in any way even though I tried making him remember. I could tell he was uncomfortable with my presence but tolerated it. I know he was suspicious of me but he was trying to trust me. He also got his things back so I'm hoping that maybe there's something in his phone that would help him remember.I would show him mine, but it's filled with pictures of his face and I don't think that will help my case.
