I opened my eyes and looked around at the chaos. I blinked and remembered what was going on. The fog and whatever spells they were using had cleared. Painfully, I jumped to my feet and looked around for Lilly. I smelled the air and focused on the house. Fuck! They were in there. I was so close. I literally had her in my arms. Twice!
