Chapter 19. Attraction

Huh! The nerve of this wolf! I cursed him inside my head since I didn't want to fight with him at this point in my battle. The only thing I could do was hide whatever I truly felt inside. His father on the other hand is on my good side, this made my determination to get the help of the warriors in my purpose. If I could somehow convince a few Army of my own then perhaps I don't have to beg for this mighty Alpha's help however he should not be aware of what I am planning.

"And do you think that I came here to take advantage of the wolves in your pack? How on earth am I going to do that when they only rely on their Alpha in every decision that they make? The warriors are strong however they have their duty to you as their leader. I am aware that they could only act according to your will, so you are wrong if you thought I would use them to my advantage!"

His eyes meet my gaze, hot and challenging with a slight twist on his upper lip. I could only crane my neck high to keep
