"Y--You know him?"James asked flabbergasted.
"Yes," Kaida answered looking guiltily. James's eyes widened by the reaction he saw on his wife's face. The atmosphere suddenly became tense.
'Is he her first love or lover in the past?' He thought. Suddenly, he felt his world crumbled when he remembered how adamant she was first when he told her to meet Fafnir.
"Please tell me the truth, Kaida," James said. Kaida flinched when she heard her name. James didn't use endearment to call her. Since they married James never called her name. It was always dear. She felt nervous. She thought James already knew her secret.
"Can we talk about it inside?" She asked nervously while looking at the knights and the young physician who was curious what was happening to them. She didn't want to let them know about her secret yet. She wanted to tell James first before them.
