JAYDEN’S P.O.V.

If I had a mind link with Nash, I would have connected with him. But as it turns out, I don’t even have his phone number, so I went to bed solemnly.

Damn it, no wonder he was feeling so sad. I had fazed out when he had explained himself. Fuck! But I would make it right tomorrow morning.

But as it turns out, my morning did not happen until noon. I don’t know why but maybe the toll of last night made me stay in bed. Or maybe it was because I went to bed around 4 in the morning, after everything that went through.

I stumbled out of bed, and asked Jared what was happening.
