THE BEGINNING

" You cannot take away my daughter Alpha Aziz" the man who has arrived states.

"Why not Alpha Rio? She's the chosen one. She's m--"

"She will be betrothed to another man! I am sorry! " Alpha Rio is really sorry if what Aziz was supposed to say is true. But he could not give her daughter to him since the princess was the future of the walled city. From the moment she was born, her marriage was already decided.

"What do you mean?" Aziz couldn't believe what he heard from the father of his mate. He would not let that happen.

"It is a vow from Walled and the Insigma that the two clans will join as one. But in the past generation, both families were all boys, and the vow has been passed down to them. Basically, she will marry Demetrius. " Aziz wanted to react to Alpha-Rio, but Akeeva didn't give him a chance to speak, as she started to rant about the marriage, and that made Aziz smile. He could now smell the victory.

"Who is it that I am going to marry?! I refuse that arrangement! " Akeeva shouted

"We already talked about it, my daughter. Why are you refusing now? You already agreed with it. "

"I don't remember, I agree with Father! I'm not going to marry whoever that person is! Never! "

Akeeva and her father keep arguing and discussing everything about the stupid marriage because of a vow, while Aziz just watches her relax and enjoys the smell of her mate. He can smell her from a distance, and this is addicting to him. Her smell is like a drug. For him, her mate smelt like a sweet strawberry mixed with mint, and the woody scent was there too, and it smelled refreshing.

Without noticing, he closed the gap between him and her as he crossed the space between them. He held her at the lower back and sniffed at the back of her ears. For a moment, Akeeva felt something weird. The presence of the person beside her sent a million bolts of lightning rushing inside her body. Her heart started to pound so fast as she realized this man was so close to her. Her hand started to move and slap the guy who was touching her back and sniffing her.

"Don't touch me!" Aziz got surprised by the slap and instead to get mad he just laughs.

"You did it again, haha. You slammed me on the floor and now you slap me. " He was really happy that his violent partner hadn't changed, even though she can't remember anything.

"It's your fault, you're a pervert! maniac!"

"Watch your mouth, young lady!" Rio shouted at her daughter. Even though Rio and Aziz had a bad chat earlier, he still respected the alpha of the Kinaji pack. After all, he is the reason why the walled pack is still in lineage.

"I'm sorry father, my mouth and hand just slipped out," she sarcastically said, smiling devilishly, as her father just sighed. He didn't know what happened, but he noticed her daughter was like a stranger now. 

After a brief evening, the two people arguing in front of Akeeva come to a halt. Glaring at each other, no one wanted to admit defeat. Akeeva didn't want to get in the middle of their conversation and their glaring contest. So, instead of being an audience, she chose to turn her back to the two men and started to walk with care so they couldn't notice her. But her plan to run away was postponed when the two men spoke.

"Where are you going, Akeeva?!" 

"Hey, don't leave me here, my lady."

When Akeeva turned around to face them, she really wanted to shout at them, but she couldn't. She doesn't know who these two people are or if they are important to this woman. All she knows is that the other guy with a beard is her father and nothing more. She can't say this body and her father have a good relationship. The way he talks to me is different. It is like a threat, not a conversation between a father and a daughter. Also, there is something in his emerald eyes, there is a hint of anger, disgust, and violence.

"I'm going inside because I'm soaked wet. I need to change, "she said.

"Good to hear that you're not planning to go with Alpha Aziz!" She didn't talk back to her father and stared at the Alpha-His name is Aziz, which sounds unique. She said it in the back of her head and stared at Alpha Aziz. She was still mesmerized by his eyes. His eye color changed. She had noticed his eyes earlier were dark, deep blue with a hint of gold color outside the line of his iris. And by looking at his eyes now, they look more beautiful than before. His eye color is divided into two now. He had this gold-colored eye on the left and deep blue color on the right eye.

"Instead of staring at me, my lady, why not try to invite me inside? After all, I'm just a visitor. " Aziz said to the lady, but his gaze was fixed on the father of his new mate. While Akeeva's face started to heat up, she was blushing because of what that man named Aziz had said. 

"I'm not staring at you! Hmph! Let's get inside your majesty! " She sarcastically said to hide what she felt, but Aziz just laughed silently. He saw her mate was blushing and she was trying to ignore it. He was really happy right now that she had come back. But still, the fact is that there is a problem, and he wishes he could solve it right away.

"Akeeva!" The atmosphere suddenly changed when Alpha Rio shout

"You can't invite another man inside our house! You are already betrothed to the prince!" 

"Why not, father? I didn't remember I agreed on that and, after all, Alpha Aziz is our visitor. He's an important person in this city, right? " His father really wanted to burst into anger. The rage inside him wanted to get out, but he couldn't. Everything he planned would be thrown away if he let his emotions control him.

In the end, Alpha Aziz was invited by the old man to get inside. As they served him peacefully, they talked again about the serious matter. While Akeeva was in her room, thinking about what happened to her and what would happen in the future.

She didn't know much about this world. Those people are different from where she has been. And her current situation is on the verge of death. "Those creatures are beasts, and I saw a gorgeous wolfman." She stated this as she let herself drown in deep slumber before she lost her consciousness. She felt a warm presence on her side, placing a kiss on her forehead and nose. She waited for him to give her a kiss on the lips, but the person skipped it. Instead, he sniffed her on the crook of her neck, placing a soft kiss that made her moan. 

"Hmm..." 

"Good night, my love..." he stated, leaving the woman he loved for now with a smile plastered on his face.
