Sophia's POV.

I dashed out of the room and ran downstairs in the blink of an eye. Outside the house was quite chilly but it didn't stop me. I ran to where Brandon was.

"Stop!", Once again, I was coming in between them.

Brandon sighed.

"Good, you're here." Caleb shifted back to his normal state and then pointed to me, "Thank the moon goddess, you're here. Take all your property and come back here. You and I are leaving". He snapped his fingers a couple of times at the end, as though he was laying out a command to a maid.

He still had no regard for me.

"Excuse me?". I yelled. I could feel my blood boiling.

"I'm sure pregnancy doesn't make people deaf, or does it? Didn't you hear me say you should go in there and take your stuff out? Didn't you?". He poked his hands through the gate, pointing at me, then the house, and back at me. He snapped his finger again as if to say I should hurry. I shouldn't waste his time.
