I went to sleep with hope that he would come see me but he never came.

The next morning, I woke up to a loud banging on the door of my new room. Wondering who might be banging on my door. I got up reluctantly with a yawn before walking towards the door. I pulled it open and saw the head maid standing outside my door with a distasteful glare on her face.

"Good morning," I quickly greeted with a slight bow, but the head maid didn't care to respond to my greetings, and continued staring at me with hate and disgust which made me a little nervous and I quickly looked away.

Deep inside of me, I quickly realized that this was how it was going to be for the rest of my life after what happened yesterday. I sighed quietly with sadness and looked up at her.

"Why are you still standing there?" she asked me after the long silence.

"You earlier knocked on my door which indicates that you want my attention, that's why I'm still standing here," I replied, looking her straight in the face
