Barnabas appeared confident. "Don't worry, Dorothy. I'll make sure not the harm her baby."

After saying that, he left with a determined look on his face.

Dorothy felt conflicted as she watched her brother's retreating figure.

Jean hadn't contributed much to the family in her three years living with the Larsons. She was also not as talented as Joyce. Dorothy wasn't as close to her either.

Jean had been raised by her grandmother. Thus, she had many habits similar to Dorothy's mother-in-law. That was why she didn't like her very much.

Dorothy's relationship with Jean hadn't been particularly close since bringing her back.
