Evenlyn's pov

"We're here," Kelvin announced quietly as he turned off the engine to his car. We had driven close to the border of the pack, as always the road was lonely and void of any other vehicles.

"This is where he will be meeting her?" I asked, clicking off my seat belt and reaching for the door. He stayed quiet for a moment before he responded.

"Emm yes…no…actually we have to go into the woods,"

He said slightly above a whisper and as I shut the door of the car, I gave him a questioning look.

"In the woods?" I repeated, walking over to his side and not hiding the skeptical tone in my voice. The words seemed lost in his throat for a second before he found it with a rapid session of nods.

"Yes…I'm sure of it, you'll see it with your own eyes.." he reassured me looking into the woods, my gaze went there too then I asked him without looking at him.

"I still don't understand why you're doing this…there doesn't seem to be anything for you to gain from this…" I said quietly and calmly
