Spencer is released from the hospital after two days, with Amory taking it upon herself to play the part of a devoted wife and cater to his nonsense as he recovers. The smell of Amory lingers in the air around me, yet I’m in my bed naked, so her smell momentarily confuses me until I hear my housekeeper Tia calling for me.
