Amelia My eyes are heavy as I try to force them open, throat dry and hoarse from dehydration. Blinking rapidly as I try to adjust to the bright light above me after the darkness. Harlow I’m pulled from my misery by a loud commotion running through the house. Nicolas raises his head looking at me with questions in his eyes.
