Asher's POV
Damn it, why does it have to be Alex helping me with this? I don't want any more trouble with her brother or that Cole dude.
"Ugh." Someone bumped into me, causing us to fall to the ground.
I rubbed the back of my head then looked at the person who caused me to fall, ready to tell the person off but I fell silent when I saw who it was.
"Oh, sorry." She sniffled and rubbed her eyes.
"Hey, are you ok?" I poked her head, trying to get her to look at me.
She finally looked up, shocked to see me. I was also shocked to see that she had tears streaming down her face.
She immediately hid her face. "I-I'm fine."
