Adrian was sitting on a chair close to Mia's hospital bed and watching her. His elbows were placed on his knees and his hands were cupping his face as he stared at her face which was already regaining color. Albeit too slow for his liking.

After the first initial panic of discovering that her body was cold and she was not responding to his hug and was limo in his arms like a lifeless doll, he placed his hand to feel a pulse, when he saw that she was still alive, he immediately rushed her down to the hospital.

According to the doctor, she would be fine as she was drugged. She only had to sleep it off, the drug was not harmful since she was given the right dose to put her to sleep. The hand imprint on her face was from someone hitting her and an ointment has been applied to wipe it off. No scar would be left.

After seeing her appearance and hearing about how she was thrown out of a moving bus, Adrian did not know what to think anymore.
