I watched my brother leave without saying word about where he was going or what he was going to do. I went back to my room and sat on the bed trying to come up with a plan to deal with our problem but nothing came to me.

They had everyone who could have helped us win this. Aegen and his warriors. The witch and her visions and whatever else she could do. Two true Royals and their powers. Powers we knew nothing about. We were on the losing side and I didn't like it.
