I couldn't sleep, I kept tossing and turning but sleep did not come. At some point I woke up and watched Aegen sleeping peaceful next to me. I envied him and wished it was me who was sleeping.

I drank a cup of milk but it didn't help. I ended up getting out of bed and putting on my sweatpants. I wanted to go and train to tire myself. I looked at the wall clock and it read eleven forty-five.

Most people were sleeping at that time and I was the ghost of the palace. When I walked out I looked in the direction of Christina's room and the light was still on. She must have been struggling to sleep as well. I contemplated on whether to go to her or to the training grounds. I decided on the training grounds. If her light was still on when I come back from the training grounds, then I was going to go check her out.
