Chapter 12: Kisses

Third person’s POV

Asher walked into Rosé’s living room, the butler was already waiting. He took Asher’s black overcoat.

“Welcome home, my young master,” he said.

Asher sat down on the sofa, he was tired. The butler brought him a cup of coffee as usual.

“Where is she?” Asher asked.

“Miss Ellis is sleeping in her bedroom?” The butler answered.

Asher looked outside. The sun had risen. Asher stroked his hair like a habit, leaning against the sofa, closing his eyes. He said,

“Didn’t I ask her to always get up at dawn?”

The butler said, “That’s right, sir. But Miss Ellis did well, and she could fulfill almost every teacher’s request. So they set her up with a more comfortable timetable for a few days before they taught her to dance.”

“She’s not as easy to bully as I thought,” Asher said, gritting his teeth.

“Since she was a child, she has had to do many works for a living,” the butler explained.
