FUTURE GAMMA FEMALE GISELLE I clutched the red flag in my hand tightly as I scoured the quadrangle. We were dismissed for lunch, but it seemed no one wanted to move to the mess hall or go somewhere else as the delegates were still there, huddling and discussing things while I kept looking around, trying to spot my Alpha. I hope he didn’t forget that he promised lunch to me as well. My shoulders slumped when I couldn’t find Auri. Did they leave together? Did the Alpha remember that he was on a lunch date with her and decided to dump me because, of course, I was just one of his warriors and nothing important? There were nights we would spend at the barracks, as we would hang out with them without any pressure from the camp, either outside in a big bonfire or in the playroom inside.
