Zayn and Henry turned their faces towards Grandfather, their expressions frozen in disbelief. Their eyes were wide with shock, mouths slightly agape, as if the words they had just heard were incomprehensible and left them reeling.

Grandfather addressed Zayn and Henry, noticing their stunned expressions. "Stop gaping at me like that," he scoffed. "I'm willing to give her a chance to prove herself, but only if she can show me she's strong and capable. That's as much as I can offer."

He knew Abigail wouldn't pass his test but he was willing to give her a chance. However, it was only because of Henry.

"I know she will prove you wrong"

Zayn chimed in, backing Henry's earlier statement. "You're right, Henry. Grandfather, you're underestimating Abigail. You'll be proven wrong when she shows you what she's capable of." As Grandfather wheeled his electric wheelchair towards Audrey, Zayn watched with a knowing look in his eyes.
