Chapter 45

There are things that are hard to explain in this life. Most certainly, things about love. There are times that we say we love someone, but we also do things to hurt them. But then, there times that we say we don't love someone, yet we do everything for them. It's all very confusing, and conflicting.

That is exactly what is going with me. I keep saying that I don't feel anything for Mary Sue, aside from the fact that I like her. But, the truth is that I feel more than that. Mary Sue is important to me, in many ways that I couldn't explain. I've been trying to hide my feelings for her, because I want to protect her.

"Chris! Here!" I was on my way to the grocery store when I heard someone calling me. When I turned around, I saw my high school classmates waving at me.
