I settled down into the chair and then called him back because he had been blowing my phone while I was eating dinner with Lexie. I guess it was because I threatened him when I spoke to him at Lucien's place about the tracking of all the cash leaving the pack.

"It's already set up Alpha, and I also added a feature where we are alerted about every transaction as soon as it's done."

"Good job," I said, "but I have another one for you."

"What is it, Alpha?"

"I need you to create a job about killing someone that will seem so believable and add a reasonable amount of money to it. Be generous with the cash."

"I don't understand," Lucien said.

I finished the rum in my glass and placed it back on the table.
