We've all been preparing for Father Ronaldo's ceremony. I know he's with his mother, Esme, and Daniella wherever he is.

He was not to blame for what happened to us; he was simply a victim of Carlos' cruelty.

I just sighed, put on my sunglasses, and got out of the car.

Tina, who was staring at her father's picture, looked stunned. I just averted my gaze because I couldn't bear to see her like this. Because of me, she lost both of her parents. Nobody else is to blame but me.

I lost someone important to me as a result of my decisions.

"We've arrived,"

I blinked at Gaze, who was unbuckling my seatbelt. I simply smiled and gazed out the window. I was surprised to see so many media outlets and people still calling for justice for us.

Gaze helped me get out of the car, and we were greeted by the media right away, but our staff stopped them, and I just smiled at them before we went straight to where Dad would be buried, right next to Mother Esme.
