REDEMPTION#46

I jerked up from my slumber with a gasp. My heartbeat raced a little before it plummeted back to normal. I looked around, observing my surroundings. I was in a coffin and well-dressed in a black suit. I was perplexed at what was going on. I was sure that everybody had concluded that I was dead. I wondered how Hope felt when she heard the news.

I exited the coffin and straightened my clothing, clearly uncomfortable in the suit. I watched Solomon and Zack zoom into the room. Solomon stared at me in surprise, like he was staring at a ghost. After some moments, he rushed to me and hugged me tight.

I winced as he hugged me tight. I was weak and starving. I recalled everything that happened while I was out. I was in hell and was made to watch all the bloody memories. I was made to relieve all the tortures I had made people go through. It was not nice, and I had to act guilty so I would be allowed to leave.

"I cannot believe this,"Solomon said as he let me go.
