Zach's PoV

Yana is still knocked out but I've been up on the phone with Kyle since 5a.m. Alex is still under observation, because he has some swelling on his brain. The doctors relieved the pressure, so it's only a matter of time for him to wake up.

Kyle is still stewing about the incident, especially since Dylan is now claiming he was attacked. The audacity of that asshole, after he came into my house and attacked my family!

"Can you believe what Dylan said in the statement?" Kyle exclaims, fury evident in his voice.

I hum, "He's delusional, that much I can say. How's Laura though?" I ask lowly, not wanting to wake Yana up.

Kyle yawns, "Laura is still sleeping, she refused to leave the room so I stayed behind. Connor took Sapph home though."

It's so refreshing seeing Kyle's transformation, from him swearing off women to being the tower of strength Laura needs. I chuckle, "You're hooked bro! I love it!"
