On Naomi’s birthday, she got an important test that she has to attend and Nick got classes that he can’t skip so they couldn’t get a day off and spend time together. Naomi thought if it came on a weekend it would be so better –it’s fine too; she loves Fridays.
After the class, Naomi looked at her phone but there’s no message from Nick. She wondered whether he’ll come or not? He called her at 12 pm and wished her. He didn’t say when he will come and she didn’t ask him. Derek accompanied her most of the time. He’s the only person in Nick’s absence so that he got to spend time with the only girl he likes.
