Chapter Sixty-one

Aden's POV

I didn't see much of Menessa and Katrina for two days now.

Katrina was finding ways to approach me, but as usual, I avoided her toxicity. It is funny that I was making an effort to avoid Katrina but Menessa on the other hand was trying to avoid me.

She stayed in her room more often. Cassel gave her one of the guest houses to stay at.

She stopped attending the little gathering we had at Cassel's home in the evening.

I decided to go to her today. I was getting tired of this drama.

It made me feel awful that Menessa was avoiding me. I wanted to ensure that I didn't do anything to hurt her. So I had to go to her and also apologize for what happened between her and Katrina.

Brad is still nowhere to be found, I had begun asking around. I have asked the bar owners in Borgn and they also had no idea where Brad was.
