CHAPTER CLXIII: MY BEST FRIEND, CHRISTINE
Angela’s POV
“Angela!!!!” Christine came running to me as soon as we stepped out of the limousine in front of our apartment. “Christine, I missed you so much…”
“Well then I missed you more than my exes!” she kidded which made both of us laugh. The kids hopped out of the car too and went to her. “Christine!!!”
“Oh hi there my beautiful siblings!!” they hugged each other. I looked at Christine. “Don’t you have work today?”
She shook her head. “I asked for a day off. Of course I would love to hear stories from you! How’s New York, huh? Is it pretty there? Much prettier than our country? And the queen? Did she like you? Are you getting married already? Did you sleep in the same room?!”
I laughed because of her numerous questions. “Guess let’s get inside our house first before I answer your questions.” Christine giggled. “Oh right! Let’s go inside!”
Lucifer went straight to their company again but he told me that he’ll be sleeping here tonigh

Angela's POVThe tears that I've been holding back began streaming down on my face the moment that I stepped out of the Queen's palace. I tried to wipe my tear-stained face but then new tears continue cascading down like they would never stop.I remembered what just happened. The queen tried to pay me One hundred million just to stay away from Lucifer. She thought that I'm only after their wealth. That hurts a lot. Angela’s POVI can feel everyone’s gaze at me the moment I stepped inside our University and I don’t even know why.
