Chapter 66

We went to bed that night with troubled minds. If werewolves are coming all over from different packs just to join our pack, who is to say the people that tried to kill when I was a baby haven’t heard too.

The next morning, I followed Jason to the pack’s border. Apparently he told them he wasn’t going to let strangers into our pack and they decided to camp outside our borders last night without questions. The guards on duty kept a watch on them the entire night, but they didn’t do anything strange. Which made things even stranger.

“Morning Alpha, morning Luna” the guards greeted.

“Morning guys” I replied with a smile, while Jason just nodded at them.

“Anything happen?” Jason asked while keeping his eyes on the group of people camping not far away from our border.

“Not really,” Gareth answered. “They have been quiet since you left last night. Honestly, it’s kinda creeping me out.”

“Can you go ask them to send a representative so we can talk?” Jason asked.

“Okay.” Gareth bowed and
