Chapter Forty One - Fainted

ROSITA LAUREN’S POV

Even though the ambiance of the place puts me at ease, the tension at the table was making me uncomfortable.

The master was staring at me intently, which is why I’m trying so hard to avoid them. Aside from that, Judeo and Hayleigh have this war forming on their table.

“Why do you keep on disagreeing with me?” Hayleigh clenched his fists, “You were always attentive to my requests back then!”

“That is because of your attitude! It sucks just like your soul!” Judeo raised his tone, making my eyes widen.

I didn’t know that he was capable of saying those words to a lady. He must really hate her because he never acted that way before until she arrived here.

“Why aren’t you choosing your meal?” I flinched when I heard the master's voice, he was looking at me intently.

“A-Ah, um, I will pay for it this time, master,” I told him, but he only glared at me, making me panic on the inside.
