Chapter Thirty Four - Avoid?

ROSITA LAUREN’S POV

“What is wrong?” The master asked on my side because I was probably zoning out the moment I lost grip on my ketchup.

“A-Ah, it was nothing, master,” I breathed, trying to avoid his gaze, but I couldn't because he was right next to me.

I was only glad that he didn’t say anything as he continued munching on his meal, which made me sigh in relief.

I’m not sure if I was hallucinating about what happened last night, but it felt real…is the master pretending that nothing happened?
