Chapter 20

Grey forced his eyes open, and for a few seconds, his eyes were distant. He pulled away from Maya when he realized he was still holding her. He got to a digging position, and grunted as he placed his hand on his head to ease the hammering headache he was feeling. "Not again," he muttered underneath his breath. He had always had dreams that when he wakes up, he doesn't remember the faces of the people in his dream. The dreams always felt real whenever he wakes up. Last night dream was different. He always dreamt about a girl he could hardly see, and sometimes about two people he still couldn't recall, and now, last night, he had dreamt about death. The death of one of them.

He wondered why he kept having these dreams, and why they felt so real, and yet, he had no answer to any of his questions.

He shut his eyes closed, and groaned. His cellphone beeped on the table, and he reached for it. It was a message from Zing, letting him know they had a scouts meeting. He returned the cellphone
