An Arrangement

Violet POV

Phil and Turk took Dave on a drive while I was left with Alpha Dane, Beta Jackson, Irvin, Oliver and Liam. Alpha Dane must have talked to them via his mind link because they all bowed to him and left us alone.

Alpha Dane looked at me and said, “You said you would talk about it.”

I took a deep breath and bobbed my head. “Yes, can we talk somewhere private?” Werewolves had excellent hearing abilities. I didn’t want others to listen to me.

“Sure!” He jumped up and pulled me up from my place. Gripping my hand in his, he led me to his room, where he made me sit on his bed. Then he pulled a chair and sat in front of me. He placed his forearms over his thighs and leaned forward. “I am ready to listen.”
