Part 61 # PTSD

Let's go back to the moment when Arren began diligently training with Clark.

The girl appeared very enthusiastic.

She didn't want to be a weak girl. Arren promised herself that she would be able to protect her life when in danger.

Arren was tired of being constantly subjected to the cruelty of others. This time, she had to strengthen herself, both mentally and physically. Arren felt herself growing more mature.

"We'll practice close-quarters combat with sharp weapons," Clark said seriously. "Remember, the main goal of this training is to hone your reflexes and speed."

Arren nodded, her enthusiasm growing.

She had prepared as well as she could for this training. Although Arren had hoped to train with firearms, according to Clark, she needed to understand the importance of the fundamentals of knife combat.

Arren realized the importance of close combat skills, especially when guards could anticipate long-range attacks.

"Alright, Coach!" Arren replied firmly, her determination evident.
